[AMRadio] Rusty chassis

I'm looking for advice on using one of the commercially available chemicals
to remove the rust from a steel chassis. It's not practical to remove all
the components, so, I want to use a paint on type chemical to loosen or
remove the rust. I have Googled several of the commercial solutions that
claim to do the job, but I have no experience with their use. Any and all
advice will be greatly appreciated.
