[AMRadio] Extra Class downgraded to advanced

Any Extra who passed the 20 wpm test can prove it just by producing
his original license.  I even have the "diploma" certificate FCC use
to give.  Mine is from the Atlanta field office.  I guess I could scan
it and show it on my qrz.com page but I don't want to pay for that and
don't feel like I have to prove anything to anyone.

If all some 20 wpm extra has to worry about is being mistaken for a
no-code extra, he leads a charmed life.   this is not something I lie
awake thinking about.

BTW I am far more impressed by a new extra putting together a
strapping homebrew AM station with a high-up dipole showing he gets
way more about radio than some OT extra contesting appliance operator
with a shack full of plastic boxes.
