Kim,
FWIW put a scope probe on the output of the VFO and check level of 10 meter
(multiplied) output. Go to 15 and check the output level and compare.. you
may need to adjust L-1 (or L-2) for a balance between 10 and 15 meter output
level.
Just my estimation!
