[AMRadio] WRL Globe Champion 350 VFO

I've been restoring a WRL Globe Champion 350. So far all has gone 
well, save this mystery: I have lots of drive on all bands except 15 
m, where I have almost nothing. I removed the VFO and cleaned the 
contacts on the switches, but saw no change. Lots of drive on 160-20 
and lots of drive on 10, but almost nothing on 15.

As a test, I inserted a 40 m crystal for 7150 kHz and that tripled 
just fine, producing plenty of drive, and an output frequency of 
21.45 MHz, just as it should. So the 6CL6 buffer amp is fine. What 
else should I look for? I suspect a bad capacitor, but I can't find 
any that are unique to 15 m.

I'll happily entertain hints and suggestions.
