[AMRadio] Switching ladder line...

I use W.W.Grainger open frame DPDT relays to switch my 160 meter Double Extended Zepp ladder lines, and they are not expensive.  One Zepp E/W and one N/S, originally went into a T-400 toroidal Z match to 7/8" 50 ohm coax.  The Z match was remotely controlled with RC servo motors.  I was able to operate 160, 80, and 40 that way.  I have converted the Z match to a 4:1 balun, because my activities have changed I don't use them on 80 or 40 anymore.  The tower is 850 feet from the house and the relays work just fine of 120 house power.

Rick,

Not inexpensive, but I use pairs of SPDT vacuum relays.
