Not to advocate disregarding any laws, but frankly, due to the fraudulent
nature of the AM power proceeding, I wouldn't blame any AMer who never paid
any attention to it, and continued to operate his old KW transmitter
exactly as he had legally done for decades before, nor would I consider
that person dishonest or lacking integrity.

The average Hammy Hambone doesn't have a clue about what P.E.P. is, let
alone how to accurately measure it. The FCC shot themselves in the foot
when they enacted that so-called rule, and there are technical issues not
fully resolved beyond debate. B.S. is exactly what it is and I'll be damned
if I'll go one step out of my way to "give aid and comfort to the enemy"
regarding this matter.
