Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have been watching this discussion with some care. Remember I tend to
take what people say with a great amount of latitude but in this case I
did not detect any attempts to troll or otherwise inflame. In each case
I read a discussion, sometime presented with a bit of intensity.

I did not see anything that I felt was a detriment to other people which
is were I draw the line. In fact the discussion has revealed some
information that I had forgotten about the rules for broadcast stations.
I urge everyone involved in this discussion and those who have been
reading it to keep in mind this is a place for exchange of information
and ideas.

What one person sees as a hard and fast rule is interpreted differently
by others. All of you have done a pretty good job of avoiding personal
attacks. Remember always be positive so more people will want to join
the discussion, and also remember many silent people are reading your
posts.
