Boatanchor equipment by their very nature of generally being "old" will
require periodic maintenance. That should be taken into consideration for
your choice of equipment and your technical background.
Lots of stuff pops up all the time for sale on various reflectors, web
sites, hamfests, etc. What you are willing to invest in $$ also is
important. Are you running anything right now on AM?
