Hiroki,
How are you running your ARC-5? I have three Command Set transmitters on the air, on 160, 80, and 40 meters, and I'm getting 30 to 40 watts out of each of them, on CW. Are you running yours on AM?
I have a Heath SB-200 that I use as an amplifier for several, low-power AM transmitters. It has a power gain of about 8, so if I put a 25 watt carrier into it I get about 200 watts of carrier out. It works well with a Harvey-Wells TBS-50 and with a National NTX/NSM pair.
