[AMRadio] GZ34 Tube

Rewiring for a sub "may" seem to be a reasonable "fix".  However, look 
carefully at the max plate voltages, max plate current, and the like!  I 
was just looking at the different possibilities, and was pretty 
surprised at the ratings of the GZ34 / 5AR4.

If those ratings are "really" needed, the "normal" suspects as 5Y3GTs, 
5R4s, 5U4s won't cut it!

(Just going through a Sylvania Tube Characteristics Manual.)
