Tightened everything down it did help some I think I will live with it for

Check the tightness of ALL the bolts and nuts that hold the laminations 
together in all the corners.  *IF* the windings are loose on the 
laminations, try some wood wedges between the windings and the core of 
the transformer.

That "should" resolve most issues.
