So, make a recording or two (and have others that are in QSO with you do
it also), document times, dates, frequency, etc. and send to your local
FCC office. While a P & M here might give some gratification and buddy
compassion, it doesn't resolve the problem nor does it make others (the
ones reportedly causing the problem) aware of the issue.

Of course, if an AM QSO is in progress and "they" start up on frequency,
one can always use Don's approach and ignore them and just crank up the
power, audio, or both.
