[AMRadio] Slow scan tv

No question that they are within the rules to be where they are. but a 
little courtesy would be appreciated, instead of just throwing that stuff on 
top of existing QSOs.  Bet they would not like it if I started calling CQ 
and said listening at 3720!!! hmmm, wonder where I put that tape recorder.
