  I feel blessed that after all these years as a ham, the hobby is about 
to give me yet an entirely new pleasure.

I've attached (I hope that's ok) an old photo, showing just how much 
into homebrewing all my equipment, I once was. Oh, and I'd love to find 
that NC300 again!
Still have the Gonset though...and it works.
