Phil, K2PG runs this rig pretty regularly on 160M. I helped him transport it
along with the matching phasor box to his QTH in PA. He was fortunate that a
3-phase tap ran right next to his house where he was able to convince the
power company to allow him a 3-phase hook-up. It works very nice during
those "CQ contest, CQ contest" QRM periods ;>))

Be advised that the 21E draws about 2500 watts in standby
and can draw up to 25 kilowatts for a short period
(like a
quarter of a second) when you go from standby to "Plates
On."
The driver cabinet alone makes a fine 250 watt (carrier
output) transmitter although you have to put a modulator
back into it.
