I have an info request that appears to be a little off, but it really is not. I have a need to be able to full wave rectify a 600 volt center tap source of 10 MC rf (300-0-300) and supply about 300 ma to a load. I have been looking at schottky diodes and find some that turn off in 36 pico seconds. I " assume" that is based on a square wave so it would seem to me that they might work on a sine wave. anyone know for sure how those critters turn off? and at how high a frequency could they be used? 40 mc? a pair of 5y3 would probably work find but wanted to avoid the size and fil trans. Thanks Bernie
