Thanks Todd, the AB9 station was Massa, AB9MQ in Westmont IL. Or maybe he
spells it Masa.
We had a great Junk Swap this afternoon. I got rid of all the stuff I think
I mentioned earlier and to my delight there was a guy interested in getting
a packet station going so he was happy to get the TNC, and old Icom 2 m. HT
etc. I also saw some of my discarded pc boards that I did not have time to
completely strip of components going to good homes where I assume they will
be attended to. Not sure if anyone got my "cantenna" (Ameritron) DL or not.
It served me well in the uh, low duty cycle modes. I got two variacs that
look to be in good condx so I'm happy. It was a neat idea--no hassles with
money. Saw a lot of midwest AMers there too.
