Hi all,

Just wondering about something here. It's been stated at least a couple 
times in this thread that many of those operating illegally in the 11 
meter band are, in fact, licensed hams.

I can't speak for our brothers to the north, but here in the US of A, 
couldn't the Federal Candy Company make a pretty good case that if one 
was a wanton violator on 11 meters while holding an Amateur Radio 
license, that one was no longer eligible to hold said Amateur Radio license?

I'm not anti-CB. Used to use it back when I was driving long-haul and 
have a cheap RatShack unit around here somewhere just in case I ever 
need to listen or talk on 11 meters. Currently I'm just wondering what 
the FeeCee's attitude is gonna be about a ham playing with 15 KW on 11.
