     I don't think so, Mike.  And I say this, because back around the 
late 80's, maybe '90, Ashtubulla Bill got in trouble for operating AM 
down below 28.5Mc.  he got a 'pinkie' and was told to 'move up the 
band', and also that it was SSB only in that segment.
