A good, old Heathkit Cantenna would hold a kW, but I don't remember for
how long.
As Tony said, you can take the element from the Heathkit Cantenna, and
dunk it in 5x the oil. Cantennas do take a lot, but I've seen one boil,
with a kW into it, for 5 minutes.
