Rick,
Plastar sells a very NICE  5kw Dummy Load using Large 
Capacitors!  Well built and should do the trick even has a fan inside 
to keep things cooled down!

Or you could buy you a  five gallon pail of Mineral oil, take a 
heating element from a hot water heater, check the impedance, they 
are NOT all the same. install this down into the Oil, with the proper 
connector attached and 'Voila' you have a gigantic DUMMY Load.
