[AMRadio] Throat Mike

I never have figured out how a throat mike is supposed to work.  There is no 
way it could pick up the articulation of speech, like  the "s" sounds.  It 
would seem to me the speech would come through with all vowels and no 
consonants.  The things always reminded me of an April Fool joke.
