[AMRadio] Testing big tubes

Yup, I have done the same thing for many years. Once you know how much
current a good tube will draw off resonance it is a good indication of
how good the one under test is. It is quick to do. Just don't leave it
off resonance for more than the time it takes to read the meter.
I do this with 6146's when ever I put one in a boat anchor.
