[AMRadio] Power Levels

Steve,

    I have a Heathkit HV Probe.  It isn't the most wonderful thing on the
earth, but I read right about 2KV to 2.2KV using the Mark I Eyeball.
There is some debate as to the Plate Current.  It reads about 100ma,
so it CAN'T possibly be correct.  I have to get another meter, try and
test the installed one, or another solution of sorts.
