     your questions.

     The rules are quite clear however and I suggest you obtain a copy of the
     latest set and learn how to interpret them for yourself because you will
     get all kinds of phony answers, even from AM'ers. Once you interpret
     them for yourself, you only will need your conscience as a guide, HI.
