The grid to screen connection is used to make the tube act as a zero bias
class B tube instead of class ab1 or ab2. the drive requirement is low but
the voltage required is high hence regular class b driver transformers can
not be used.
The triode connecton is used for class A /
THE 100 ohm resistor is used in the modified Williamson connection..
