You are right.  The guys in Texas were very concerned, but I don't think 
it's anything to panic over. No intent to bash the League, since they have 
indeed been a lot more supportive of AM lately. If the story I relayed is 
not true, my apologies go to Jim and everyone else. If it is true, being a 
public figure as League president, Jim should be more careful what he says 
over the air.

Some of us who experienced everything that went down in Washington for 
nearly 20 years, starting with Docket 20777 and culminating in the power 
limit proceeding, probably do tend to be a little paranoid whenever we hear 
reports like this. However, in retrospect, I should have checked out the 
story more thoroughly and included full documentation.
