Hi Brett,
Here is a link to Kiwa filters. A friend of mine put one in a hamarlund
receiver. Said it worked great. Price is much less than some mechanical
filters.

If you are interested I have an old Wilcox model CW3 receiver. It is single
channel crystal controlled. Uses plug in coils to change bands. It is rack
panel about 3 1/2 inches high. Tubes and coils are mounted laying down. Uses
tubes like 6sn7, 6K8 etc. Has 3 large IF cans about 1 1/2 inches square by 4
inches tall. I think 455 kc but not sure. Also has power supply built in. I do
not have any of the plug in coils or crystal. (all octal sockets) All the rest
is there. It is yours if you can use it.
