Hi!
I've just built a 40 meter class E transmitter and it's working so well, I
took some pictures and documented the design.
This transmitter consists of two 225 watt modules and uses the new
Fairchild FQA11N90 MOSFETs which cost $2.50 each.
This is a really good transmitter, and I am quite pleased with the way it's
working.

The design is similar to my existing 75/160 meter class E transmitter except
that the new design uses fewer modules running at higher power.
