Omigosh, but if he ever does, then it'll be $1500- fer sure.

He was one of the great ham heroes/characters from the 50's. Along with
the guy who ran Ft. Orange Radio, Albany NY. Remember his face hovering
over his store in the ad cartoon, huge cigar, Uncle Dave? Wasn't Leo also
featured cartoon style in his ads?
