Vince,
I used to have a 32v1, and the differences between it and
the later models were...

The 32v1 had a cw sidetone circuit,
The 32v1 had a door in the top with a HV interlock switch,
The coarse loading was under the door,
No tune switch on the 32v1?
The 32v1 had 4 electrolytic caps, the later models had
an oil filled cap replacing 2 of the electrolytics,
No handles on the front of the 32v1,
Slightly different meters.

My 32v1 was a good rig, but I sold it because the coarse
loading was a pain, it could not be mounted in a rack,
or anything placed on top of the rig.

I got it for $40.00 and sold it to a local guy about a year ago
for $200.00....
