It is easy to pre load and check the output circuit. Place a carbon or film
resistor 1/4 th watt or better from plate to ground (power off of course)
value equal to 1/2 the modulating impedance and use a antenna meter to set
the caps and load to 50 ohms looking in from the antenna connector (1:1
