[Alinco] INFO WTD: DJ-162TD

Most radios have a pico fuse inside. I have a number of service manuals
for Alinco stuff, but not that one. If you open it up, you might get
lucky.

It is also possible that if the lithium battery (I assume it has one)
goes dead, the radio could die. Check with a  voltmeter.
