[ALHam] join the new Alabama contest reflector

Hello Everyone, the web site is up and running but not fully functional. We
have the reflector working and just follow the directions below and you will
be put on our mail to list and be able to keep up with our progress. We want
input on all areas; so please join and let us hear from you. Please forward
to anyone that you might think is interested! Thanks 73's Cort K4WI

To sign up for the reflector go to http://www.59al.org and click on the
"Join" link.  This has two forms on it.  The first is for the reflector, put
in your callsign and e-mail address then click submit.  That puts you on a
list that I download daily, test the email address, then put them on the
reflector.
