Good evening, everyone. For the July 4th celebrations, an amateur radio
network will be activated to support the capital's Homeland Security and
Emergency Management Agency. As a radio club, we intend to support the DC
Metropolitan Amateur Radio Program activation by monitoring the Net Control
primary frequency (N3ERA: Rx 449.975, Tx 444.975, tone 107.2) and our own
VHF repeater, W4HFH. The operation runs from 3 PM to 11 PM on July 4th. If
anyone wishes to participate, please let me know your call sign and the
time slot when you are available. Apologies for the short notice; the fault
is mine, as I only read the activation email this morning. I remain
available to answer any questions. Before submitting the availability
please check if you hit the N3ERA UHF repeater from your intended QTH.
