If you need to see what Indepent Study course that you've taken, and make
sure that it is the current version you can look at your transcript and the
course certificate here https://training.fema.gov/student/sssp.aspx
I wouldn't recommend encrypting your certificates, that will only add
problems down the line. Only personal data on them is your name.
There are other classes in the area coming up if the ones from the city of
Alexandria do not work. You can sign up for them by using the Commonwealth
of Virginia Learning Center (COVLC) . It works best when using Google
Chrome: https://covlc.virginia.gov/ Attached is the External Account
Creation Job Aide for setting up an account on COVLC if you don’t have one.
DC and Maryland also have classes, but DC doesn't have any listed yet.
