[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Link describing big differences between 501(c)3s and (C)7s

The problem with raising money for repeaters is you may find yourself
having to raise the money in the year you plan to spend it. IRS has been
known to take a dim view of 501c3s that save cash. Harvard hot their hand
slapped big time last year for having too much money on hand.
While it's not codified in the IRS regs, the AICPA suggests no more than 3
to 6 months of cash to meet operating expenses.
