I would agree. Although, as PIO, I have prepared for visitors starting at 1400 Saturday, I doubt we will get many drop-ins. My only concern is the Scout Troops that have been invited. I can notify my granddaughter's Girl Scout Troop, but I don't know about others that might be planning to come. I would hate to have visitors show up and find nothing. I heard about one troop that planned to be there at 1600, Saturday. Could those who have made arrangements with groups notify them about the change of plans?
Also, in light of the change, what time are we setting up now?

Good afternoon all,
In light of the heat this weekend and the poor band conditions currently
being observed in daylight hours. The Field Day planning team with myself
as Chair are considering adjusting the Field Day start time to 7pm and
going to about 9am on Sunday or ending as appropriate for the weather
conditions.
We desperately need to know what your thoughts are on these proposed
changes.
The safety of our members is priority, Please reply back to me *A.S.A.P*
and monitor email and discord for the latest updates.
73,
Sandy KQ4DNE
