Well, by voting on them as the club’s primary governance documents, that comes as close to “in concrete” as words go.

As such, I cannot support the currently proposed draft. I’ve looked at every one of the concerns Rick raised, and I concur they need to be fixed — before being voted on.

As I said earlier, I’m happy to help in any capacity I can add value.

Until those revisions are thoroughly in place, I can only vote NO, and I’ve passed my proxy form to Rick (N4ASX) accordingly.

Let’s take the time and get this done right. The process Joe Porcelli put forward is solid and I wholeheartedly urge us to proceed with that. (Thank you, Joe.)
