I fully agree with Ken.  Having worked for a 501(c)(3), in a 
professional setting, and volunteered on the board for another, I know 
the value that being a 501(c)(3) can bring to an organization.  That 
being said, it's very important that we get the wording right in this 
document and address all the concerns brought up by members.

If a vote is needed this Friday, then I will be voting no.
