[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] DSTAR tips from Hamvention

Hamvention was great (as always).  If you haven't been, you really should
go some time.  Learned a couple of things at the DSTAR forum:

1.  Please don't set up your hotspot to auto-connect to Ref 001C or Ref
030C.  These are very popular reflectors yet 90 percent of the connected
hotspots are just listening.  There is a limit on the number of connections
and your idle hotspot might prevent someone from connecting who actually
wants to talk.

2.  Be sure to have a valid email listed in your qrz.com profile.  If
there's an issue with your hotspot, the reflector admins will attempt to
contact you at your email address listed on qrz.com.  If they can't get in
touch with you, you risk getting your callsign blocked on the gateway.
