[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Field Day 2023

All,

  I have attached the latest and greatest Field Day information.  Please
take a look at it and let me know if you can provide any items needed, such
as lighting, power, table/chairs, shelters, etc.  Additionally, please let
me know if you plan on attending, so I can get a head count.  

 

We are working on the meal planning for the event.  Once I get an update on
what the menu will be and what we anticipate for costs, I will let the club
know.  

 

Many members have been working behind the scenes getting us ready for Field
Day and I appreciate your efforts to make this a successful event.  

 

Please review the attachment and provide me with any
comments/suggestions/questions/concerns you may have.  I would like to have
one more planning meeting next week (possibly Wednesday at 1830) and have
all information needed to present it to the club at our next meeting.
