[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] FW: [ARES-VA] Amateur Radio Transportation Legislation #ARES-VA

I had the same thought. Is there a legislative liaison person in the VA Section? If you all want, I could contact one of the PIOs in the section and see if there's some kind of plan.

Also, being really new at this, I need a tutorial on why this bill is important to ARES and hams. (I can guess, but I want to be sure I know the facts.) Rick, can I call you some time to talk this over?

Thanks.

Have no idea. Any info from ARRL National or State? Looks like this came thru ARES channels but ARRL should have legislative leads who should be on top of this for all states.

Can we push this back up the line to see what this "push" is all about.

Thanks.

Sean
