[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] new proposed rules could affect ham radio

The was a piece in Radio World Smartbrief this morning. The Shortwave
Modernization Coalition asked for an extension to the comments period.
One of the comments filed to extend the comments period came from Flex
Radio Systems, the same people who make the really nice Flex SDR
radios. I won't be buying any Flex radios after that. I wonder how
many other hams will feel the same way.
