Hello All,

  I wanted to hold a meeting this week, but ended up spending a large chunk of this past weekend and early part of the week in multiple ERs.  Had a rough time in FL and took most of this week to recover.  

 

With Don holding a meeting next week regarding the 70th anniversary of ARC, I am going to push my meeting to the following week.  Sorry for the delay and late notice, but this week has been a rough one for me and my family.  

 

I plan on it being at 1830 (6:30 PM) for you non-military types!!! (Ha Ha) on Wednesday, May 3rd, just prior to our next club meeting.  This will allow us to get some details ironed out and present the initial plan to the club.  

 

I am putting a powerpoint together with the information I have gleaned from previous events, our current situation, and with details from ARRL.  I will send it out to all prior to the meeting with the invite as a pdf attachment.  Thanks.

I have attached a spreadsheet with info for each band along with a sign up sheet for your stations.  If you would please do me a favor and fill in the information regarding your band I would appreciate it.  This will give us an idea of what is being brought to field day and what we may need to ensure we are able to procure/obtain to make the event successful.  

 

I am working on a list of items that we will need to support all stations, such as safety/caution tape, tarps, and other consumables that will help us during the event.  If you have any suggestions or able to bring other items that are not listed on the table, please add them in a separate column and I will add them to my master.  Thank you.
