I have 4 Collapsible 70cm, Pipe Flange Mount, Copper J Poles available for
free.

These antennas can be re-tuned to GMRS by simply removing the Stub
Adjustment Screw.

The antennas are left overs, made for Disaster Team and designed to be
either mounted on a table, on a windowsill
with a Clamp, in an attic providing adequate height is available or outside
(Q-Dope, Gliptol or Scotch 2228 Moisture Sealing Tape must be used to
protect the contacts and the Telescopic Joint).

I personally used a 2 meter/VHF Marine Band version of this antenna (WIND
LOAD 7-10lbs depending on 1/2 or 3/4" Copper) in New York for 12+ years,
subjecting it to corrosion from Salt Air, and  Hurricane winds of >74mph.
It was finally bent 22 degrees from vertical when hit with a piece of
flying roof during a Hurricane.
