[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Vertical Antenna Installation Questions

Good afternoon,

I am installing a vertical antenna (Comet GP-15
<https://cometantenna.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/GP-15-spec-sheet.pdf>
6m/2m/70cm)
at my new QTH and am asking for input/advice/review of my plans. This is my
first real home station installation, and I want to get it right.

I've reviewed various websites and read the ARRL Grounding and Bonding
<http://www.arrl.org/shop/Grounding-and-Bonding-for-the-Radio-Amateur-2nd-Edition/>
book.
All helpful, but none can prescribe a "one size fits all" solution. That's
why I'm asking those with experience to check my work.

The antenna will be attached to a 10' steel mast secured to the chimney
using an Easy Up 29-24S <https://www.hamradio.com/detail.cfm?pid=H0-015016>.
I have LMR 240 coax which will be grounded at the entry point with a ground
bus <https://www.hamradio.com/detail.cfm?pid=H0-012783>/TT3G50 surge
protector <https://www.alphadeltaradio.com/#>.

Please see photos for reference. I'm using 6 ga wire (green) from the bus
bar (orange) to connect to multiple ground rods (brown circles) encircling
a concrete pad and eventually bonding to the house AC ground rod (red
circle). The black line represents the coax and the red line is the AC
ground wire connecting the breaker box and ground rod.

Some outstanding questions:
1. Is the overall plan sound practice? Is it safe and what needs changed?
2. Should I bond the antenna/station grounds to the AC ground as shown or
leave it separate? I'm concerned I am just creating a huge ground loop.
3. Is the general proximity of my station to the ac power entry too close?
Will this cause problems? RFI, etc.
4. Is there any problem with the coax running above the ac ground wire
(red) which goes under the concrete and to the rod? They won't be touching.

Currently, I am sliding coax through the window and connecting to the yagi
shown in the pictures or to a Palomar Bullet End Fed
<https://palomar-engineers.com/antenna-products/Bullet-50-450-9-1-HF-Unun-1-8-61-MHz-500-Watts-End-Fed-Antennas-p74356620>
(which
is a great antenna) strung up in the trees.

I appreciate any and all input or discussion. Thank you.

73,
Todd KO4IJH
