Subject: [winlink_for_emcomm] Webinar - Intro to RRI and Inter-national traffic system

 

With increased visibility of the RRI Radiogram and RRI Radiogram-ICS213 Winlink templates, we are noticing that some users require a better understanding of how the traffic system works as well as a more thorough understanding of the radiogram format, its network management data, and how the traffic system is configured when in emergency response mode.

 

In the coming weeks, we will be presenting a series of training classes at different times of day to accommodate the traffic and EmComm communities.

 

Please join us for a webinar covering an introduction to Radio Relay International, the structure of the national traffic system and it's international affiliates, including an overview of the manual mode net structure and the Digital Traffic Network (DTN). Also included is an introduction to the radiogram format, an explanation of the various components incorporated in the network management data, and a general overview of emergency response functions. Training certificates will be issued for RRI Training Class TR-002.
