[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] hands-free driving in Virginia

New hands-free driving laws take effect 1/1/2021 in Virginia.  There is an
explicit exemption for ham radio and CB.  You might want to keep a copy of
the attached and your FCC license in your glove box just in case.
