[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] CHIRP + ARC Repeaters

Hi,

Does anyone have or can someone make a screenshot of what the settings in
the CHIRP software should look like in order to make a radio talk to the
ARC W4HFH repeaters?

I am not able to translate the "Club Repeaters" line on the Web site
<http://w4hfh.org/> into what's needed for my UV-5X3.
